Shipping policy

At GONEDESIGN, every single piece is custom-printed just for you! Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, your items are manufactured after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and keep our designs unique.

Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get your gear to your doorstep.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

  • Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your items before they are packaged.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes another 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email confirmation from our Shopify store containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Note: If you order multiple different items (e.g., a mug and a hoodie), they may ship in separate packages because they are fulfilled by different specialized print providers. Don't worry if they don't arrive all at once!

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Depending on your delivery address, local import duties and taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout. Please note that any additional local handling or clearance fees imposed by your country's regulations upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays: Delivery windows are guidelines provided by our shipping partners. Factors outside our control—such as peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or carrier transit delays—may occasionally cause extensions. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help you track your parcel if it is delayed.

  • Uncollected Packages: If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because it was uncollected, refused, or an incorrect/incomplete address was provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: GONEDESIGN is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, look for secure drop-off spots, or file a direct claim with the designated carrier.
